There are 5 different wild monkey symbols in Go Bananas: the gorilla, orangutan, baboon, langur and tarsier. When any of the wild monkey symbols land in view, they transform themselves and some adjacent symbols into banana wilds. Which symbols they transform depends on their own individual patterns; these range from an ‘X’ shape for the gorilla to a horizontal 3-symbol strip for the langur.
